We are a small family friendly mobile home Park with 35 seasonal static pitches, each with sensational views. Each pitch is leased on an annual license agreement and is available, from 1st April to 1st October each year. If you are interested in purchasing a mobile home, you may source a unit to suit your personal needs from one our specialised and experienced mobile home suppliers.
The sale price includes connection to sewage waste, water, electricity, deckskirting, steps and gas cylinder cover.
All mobile homes on site are privately owned and are not available for rent or subletting.
Electricity (16 Amp) and water is metered and charged at the end of each season.
We are a dog-friendly park and request all dogs are kept on a short lead and looked after by a responsible adult at all times.
Our Park is located just a short stroll from the picturesque village of Knightstown, Cracow park & playground and many other local attractions and amenities.
We are a secure Park, with a gated tarmac entrance.
